PAN India Shipping:

• Standard Shipping : Orders are delivered in 7-10 working days and are ₹100.
• As we are sending the orders with an external service, all shipping costs are non-refundable once delivered.

Working days do not include weekends and bank holidays.

• Prioritising orders are on a case to case basis.
• Our team will not be liable for any courier related delays.
• You will receive update on your order via email. You may also track your order through the website by providing your order number.

COD

1. No COD Available at the moment:
We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery options to any customers, regardless of region and shipping. As a new brand, Iktar prefers to keep all transactions online.

2. If COD is crucially required by you:
We understand that COD may be the only option available to some customers. To accommodate the same, we request you to dm us on our Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/iktar.in/ (@iktar.in) and we will try our best to assist you. If processed, all details will be shared with you consequently.
